BS Pick 'Em Week 5 (Wager Week)

After every four weeks, we have a wager week. You may wager up to the total points you currently have (updated in the standings). As with every other wagering game, you can LOSE what you wager.

But there's a twist. Or twists.

You're wagering on two specific games, typically highly touted or evenly matched games of significance on college or professional level. The deal is simple:

-If you correctly pick those two, you get the full amount you wagered.

-If you get 1/2 right, you get half the points you wagered.

-If you get both wrong, not only do you get no points, you lose what you wagered.

There is no bonus in wager week. When you post your predictions, post how much you are wagering. Blank wagers will be scored as 0. Post score for tie breaker. Do not need scores for wager games.

What I meant to say was you can pick the other ones but the actual wagers you can because its your first week. He does it every 5 weeks so you have plenty time to catch up.

I have a question concerning this. How do you know how many points you can wager if you are new to the site?

The max you'll be able to score is 11 points.. 1 point for each correct pick. After this week, we have four weeks of regular picking where you get points for correct # plus a bonus for the place you finish. It's easy to gain a lot of points quickly, as you can see in the stickied thread, realmofotalk amassed over 100 in four weeks.

So you're open to join in on everything, we still have a long ways to go. I'll be incorporating basketball soon.
