Do the losers get 10 points for a win, too? Or only the overall winner?

Re: NABSAR - The Rivalry Week Presented by Pepsi 500

The format that we just used is the format that we will use to determine the Champion. Only instead of one week, we get 2 weeks of head to head against each opponent. But what if we end 3-3 after two weeks. The tie breaker is based on the top finish of any one of your 6 picks. The higher finish will get you to the next round.

    The schedule as is follows...

    Quarters
    17/18 Charlotte-Cup
    24/25 Martinsville-Cup

    Semi's
    Oct 31/ Nov 1 Talladega-Cup
    7/8 Texas-Cup

    Finals
    14/15 Phoenix-Cup
    21/22 Homestead - Cup

The play-off braket is based on these points standings...

    Standings After Rivalry Week
    Porter - 584 (won 2 - 1)
    Prov - 539 (won 3 - 0)
    DK - 504
    KoZ - 494 (won 2 - 1)
    CJ - 491
    Foster - 484

The quarters will see the following match-ups....

    DK -vs- Foster
    KoZ -vs- CJ
Lose and your out. Simple as that.

Prov and Porter will have a first round bye, and will meet their opponents in the semi's. Porter will get the "Racer" with the lowest point total, Prov with the highest based on the winners in the Quarters.

    Look good?

nah, if he gets defeated so roundly and soundly again, then I think his confidence will decrease profoundly.
