Mathieu freakin' Garon is Edmonton's #1 goaltender, I have no idea how they make it as high as third, except by virtue of the division leader being seeded there automatically. I personally think that Edmonton will suck.

The Northwest is kinda weak, so I went with the most exciting team at the end of the season. Roloson will win those extra games that Garon will not have a shoot at, and you will see a two headed monster in goal for the Oil.

Plus HiG will like me more.

Always loved him, was a great player in Halifax and helped them make their first great playoff run in the Q. He and Jody Shelly.

as for Edmonton, most improved club in the off-season (can say Chicago too) with Visnovsky and Cole added to a team that got a year older with more experience to the young players and hopefully will be healthy now with Souray and Horcoff coming off surgrey, Garon stepped last season and all he needs to do is repeat his numbers and the Oilers will be fine

the NW just doesn't have a clear winner with everyone lumped in together

although currently the Oilers have 3 goalies to juggle with

I love how many people have the Rangers up so high...

I'm only doing the East because I'm not to confident in my hockey knowledge:
    1. Rangers
    2. Montreal
    3. Washington
    4. Pittsburgh
    5. Ottawa
    6. Philadelphia
    7. Tampa Bay
    8. Carolina

    3. Washington
    4. Pittsburgh

    and you're good

and for the West, just put Detroit no.1 and no one should care otherwise

Word, I knew about the division winners...it was like 4 am though when I wrote that.

As far as the West, I BET that Detorit won't finish first.

    Just science.
