Wow Gruden shocked me a bit, the NFC South was a really strong division and I thought that might buy him another year. But I guess the Glazers felt it time like Denver did with Shannahan. I wonder if Monte Kiffin leaving weighed at all and made them decide might as well just start completely over?
My last question.... Will Gruden end up back in Oakland? Where he would be the best hiring since... well Jon Gruden.
Jim Mora Jr was the replacement for Holmgren.
