Lions are always on for Thanksgiving. The NFL really needs to do something about it though. There is never anything else good on TV and I am forced to watch shitty football games. Its either that or not ignore my family. The NFL needs to cut off Detroit until they actually put a quality product on the field. I want to see the ratings for this wonderful game. I bet the first hald was decent but the second half ratings have to be awful. The only way they get a decent rating is because of people just leaving the TV on, probably on mute.

I was more worried about the Detroit fans that have to go sit there every year to watch them get destroyed, no one will watch on TV anyways

How about good games like Colts-Patriots or Steelers-Broncos? You know, games that families can gather around and actually watch.

Broncos are a storied franchise as are the Steelers. I would rather watch that than Detroit-Tennessee. It was just one of many good, competitive matchups.

Can someone please explain to me how the halftime shows at the 2 nationally televised games were Jesse McCartney and the Jonas Brothers. Really? I mean, I know they wanna avoid a Janet Jackson redux....but this is terrible. Attention NFL: You can find halftime shows that won't embarrass you WHILE STILL HAVING SOMETHING CALLED TALENT!
