3. Western Kentucky (2-9): They lost to North Texas. Thats pathetic.
4. North Texas (1-10): Could potentially be worse than Washington but its even money.
5. Tulane (2-9): Maybe they are still recovering from Post-Katrina. This team was decent in the past
6. Washington State (2-10): I'm so tempted to put them #1 out of spite. Even with the 3 point win, they have been outscored 546 to 155
7. Idaho (2-9): They also have a bad defense than stop anything. But they at least consistently give up 40 points in their contests.
8. Utah State (2-9): They beat Idaho and Hawaii. Is it basketball season yet?
9. Eastern Michigan (2-9): They actually could compete with Central Washington maybe.
10. Miami (OH) (2-9): They at least beat a medicore five win Bowling Green team.

Dishonorable Mention: Michigan, Iowa State, Indiana, Army, UAB, The Rest of the MAC East other than Buffalo, Syrcause, and Notre Dame (for losing to Syrcause, They have only ONE win over a winning team. Navy who is 6-5)

Which is more than what you can say about the other teams mentioned.

Granted Tulsa and Auburn are average at best. They were ranked at the time of the game.
