What do you guys have? I've got...

(1) Celtics over (8) Hawks in 4 games - shouldn't even be close
(2) Pistons over (7) Sixers in 6 games - Philly has actually played pretty well against Detroit this year, but let's see if the Pistons can "turn it on"
(3) Magic over (6) Raptors in 7 games - I think the Raptors make it very interesting in fact.
(4) Cavaliers over (5) Wizards in 7 games - Gilbert should have a big impact, but LeBron dominates

(1) Lakers over (8) Nuggets in 5 games - Denver will steal one game when Iverson and DUI boy both go nuts
(7) Mavericks over (2) Hornets in 7 games - I hate making this pick, but I think Dallas' playoff experience (whatever that means) helps them and also Dirk goes off in a major way
(6) Suns over (3) Spurs in 7 games - should be the best series in the first round given what happened last year. Shaq puts Phoenix over the top this year and handles Duncan. Besides, the Spurs only win championships in odd-numbered years, much like A-Rod with his MVPs.
(4) Jazz over (5) Rockets in 6 games - Utah is tough at home and Tracy McGrady still can't get it done in the first round.

Celts in 5, hawks have enough talent to get a fluke victory (just no discipline, coach, or GM)
Detroit in 5, if Philly had range, I'd go for the upset
Magic in 4, even if Calderon is the next Steve Nash
Wizards in 6, only cause I'm a big fan of Arenas and the cavs are discombobulated

Lakers in 4, cause Black Mamba will tear apart Denver's defense
Hornets in 6, I'd just like to see a feel good team move on
Suns in 13, although I can see the overhypedness lead to a spurs sweep
Jazz in who cares cause I could care less about either team.

(1) Boston over (4) Cavs in 6 games - Lebron once again realizes how Kobe Bryant felt before this year yet again.
(2) Detroit over (3) Magic in 6 games- Howard's power will pose problems but can their back court handle Detroit's?

(1) Lakers over (4) Jazz in 7 games- Talk about an all out war, the Jazz match up well vs the Lakers. Kobe will bail them out.
(6) Suns over (2) Hornets in 7 games- Shaq and Amare is too big and strong for the Hornets front court and its a bigger mismatch than Nash vs Paul.

(1) Boston over (2) Detroit in 6 games- KG redeems himself for his collapse vs the Lakers and proves why HE SHOULD BE THE MVP people.
(1) Lakers over (6) Suns in 7 games- Kobe gets redemption. Nuff Said

(1) Boston over (1) Lakers- KG and Pierce rise above Kobe and Gasol to win it all.

I never understood how the "experts" thought the Suns were going to do anything. The Shaq trade was one of the worst ever and their little run at the end of the season shouldn't have changed anyone's mind. Spurs are just too good and Duncan hasn't ever minded playing against Shaq. Plus people kept forgetting they have Shaq for another two year s at $20 mil per. It was a dumb trade at the time and still is. Suns down 0-3 Looks liek Zito made the right call.

Another point is that in the regular season the Suns record against the top 9 playoff contenders in the West and against Detroit and Boston was 12-22 or something along that line.
