    The running has been going good, so I think by September I should be ready for my first marathon.

    And the pre amble to that would be the 8 hour mountain bike race that comes in March. The bike has been beaten and down already this season, but I know she'll be good to go.

    A little ball here and there, some road hockey, and of course washer toss.
