YAY! BEN WALLACE FINALLY LEAVES CHICAGO! No more watching that POS not care or try. Joe Smith has been the Bulls best player all year, kind of sucks that he's gone.

Dear Clayton "I want to crush a 40 yr old franchise" Bennett,

Stop trying to blatantly make the team suck worse so they can be forgotten about in Oklahoma City.

Oh no...this is a great trade for Seattle. They get rid of 2 useless guys for Marshall, also kinda useless, but the kicker is they get TWO EXPIRING CONTRACTS. Clearing cap space!
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

Its still meaningless, but I want the NBA to stay in Seattle.

Nice job by the Sonics in speeding up the process for relocation to Oklahoma City.

It seems to me that the Cavs exchanged one bad contract (Hughes) for another (Wallace), and are convincing themselves that Wallace and Joe Smith make up for the loss of Drew Gooden because two big men are better than one.

Re: Lebron Finally Got Some Help

Realm, I'm a Cavs fan, so keep in mind the following is completely biased.

I love this trade for Cleveland. I don't see the Wallace/Hughes swap as one bad deal for another. The Cavs just got a ton tougher on D - they are currently 22nd in FG% allowed. I know everyone likes to say Wallace is done, but there are two huge differences between Cleveland and Chicago: 1) Wallace has a chance to win a title here; 2) He will move back to primarily playing the 4 instead of the 5. 4s tend to play a little further from the bucket, giving Wallace more of a chance to use his athleticism on D. Also, Cleveland won't need any sort of post offense from him, unlike Chicago. Joe Smith can more than replace what Cleveland gave up in Gooden, save for the ability to grow a neckbeard.

Wally and West will probably end up rounding out the starting 5. Cleveland now has 4 former or current All-Stars in its starting 5. Once Cleveland recovers, they are in an infinitely better position to contend with Detroit, Orlando, and Boston for the East title. They have a rotation deep enough to rival Detroit: West, Wally, James, Wallace, Z, Gibson, Pavlovic, Brown, Smith, Varejao.

Oh, and this trade gives them 30 mil coming off the books the year before Lebron can walk. They're 24 mil over currently. Leaves room to try to appease Lebron before re-signing guys.

Yeah cause 11 and 8 and a dorky head band are nearly impossible to replace.

Larry Hughes scored 29 points and Drew Gooden added 15 boards for the Bulls in their win yesterday over the Pacers.

I will take Ben Wallace anyday over Drew Gooden. I dont give a **** that Wallace cant score, he's a defensive player, and he doesn't need to score for the Cavs because of LeBron.
