What irks me about the NFL

The biggest thing is that roughing the passer has become a joke. Honestly, some of these calls are garbage. You might as well go to two-hand touch on the QB. You can't hit them with your pads, you can't go low on them. So basically you can only hit them square in the chest and that will probably get called too.

The rules committee needs to completely revamp the roughing the passer rules. Its getting out of hand.

You are so right about the roughing the passer. It is a contact sport, people get injured all the time. Whats next, you can't hit a running back, you must push him out of bounds? Everyone needs to remember, injuries come with playing football. I have a strong feeling fantacy football plays a part of the rule changes for hitting quarterbacks. Fantacy football is a multi-million dollar game, and I hope they don't make changes for the sake of fantacy football.
