Jax just intercepted Big Ben.... Either way of the outcome... Great Game... Jax looked very, very, very good.... I think if they stay healthy, they are going to have a great year... Maybe even give Indy a run for their money!

I must say, I really like Byron Leftwich too. I always admired his ability, even back in the days of Marshall..

Ben Roethlisberger looked like a piece of crap against Cincy and pretty much against Jacksonville too. I know he's had unfortunate things happen, but at some point he'd better start throwing touchdowns or the Steelers might think about going with Charlie Batch.

First of all, I knew I would be hearing from you. Second, Congrats on the win, your Bengals are going to be tough this year again, no doubt. But thank McClocloug (spelling) for that win. The Steelers gift wrapped that win for you. ANd third, you are right, Big Ben has looked awful the past two weeks. I think he is pressing way too much... Feeling guilty, whatever, just pressing. The Steelers have the formula to beat the Bengals, they just had too many turnovers today. But all-in-all, the Steelers are going to be just fine. They have their off week next week and that is usually when they start turning things around.. But nice job for your Bengals today. You were the better team when it counted, and that is what matters!!! SO Congrats again!.. We will have to keep an eye on things as the season progresses.

I hope the Steelers play good again this week. They looked a little bit more like the Steelers that I have loved for years last week against the Cheifs!

    Key for the week:

    1. No Tie this time we play the Falcons

    2. Most Importantly--CONTAIN VICK!!!

Vick beat the Steelers with his arm of all things today. Big Ben got hurt and did not return. Batch looked pretty good. If Roethlisberger hadn't gotten back on track the past two weeks, I would have put money on Batch being the new starter. I wouldn't worry too much about Ben and his health, Steelers fans, Batch looks like he can keep the team in it.

BTW, the Bengals and Ravens are 2 games up on the Steelers.

My Steelers are struggling to put it together. We can't afford too many more losses that is for sure. We sure let this one get away again. Too many darn turnovers. Vick had the short field a lot today because of the turnovers. He still doesn't impress as a QB yet. He is exciting. He just can't put it together on a regular basis. Every starter is going to have a day now and then.

BTW...Your Bengals got lucky again... They will be the team to beat next year IMO.... When all of their jailbirds are free! And your injuried players come back.

I must say.. Steeler fans are lame. YEP!

Ran into a couple of "Steeler fans" this weekend. 1 couldn't tell me who their QB was before Big Ben, another couldn't tell me who was the coach before Cowher. Bunch of fakes.

I think I even saw a couple throwing away their jerseys on the subway.
