The way Federer destroyed Roddick was just similar to an execution on TV. Roddick was playing great and still got handed his ass by the best player ever. It was funny when he went down 5-1 in the 3rd set and just started cussing and correcting himself. I think Federer let Roddick win a game out of mercy

As great as Tiger woods is Federer is more dominant in his sport and I think will pass Tiger in majors won BUt since th shelf life of a golfer is usually longer Tiger may take back that lead at some point.

Federer cause not as much competition and doesnt have to stay focused on consective days like Tiger and other golfers do in a tourney! Plus Tiger has more golfers that are all not that far behind anymore in ability and Tiger is now married and the wife is expecting their first child, and Tiger has admitted to possibly missing the British Open because that is when his wife is due. His Priorities are changing a little and golf your career last much longer than it does in Tennis, especially now that their is the Sr. PGA Tour!

There's been a Sr tour since the mid 1930's.

OK, but it was not as popular until recently though. Many of the Sr. players didnt succeed or even play on the PGA tour cause they weren't good and the ones that were don't play in a lot of the tourneys cause they don't need to.

    Done. Tiger 12, Federer 10.

Federer has won 6 of the last 7 majors in tennis, and the one he didn't win, he lost in the finals to Nadal. If Federer wins the French Open this year, I'm just about ready to anoint him "greatest player ever".

Federer just won that entire tournament without dropping a set. First person to do that since Bjorn Borg in the 1980 French. Simply unreal.

It's funny when a guy loses in straight sets (Gonzalez) and he's applauded for being Federer's biggest challenge in the tournament. Nobody challenges this guy right now. If he can beat Nadal in the French he's the greatest of all-time, that would seal it for me I think.

if tiger himself didnt bogey bogey at the end (again) he'd be in the lead. Augusta is a house of horrors this week. may as well putt on your driveway as its probably softer than those greens.

Retief Goosen was the only player to break par yesterday...and he went from last to 8th.
