Chicago is trying to beef up the front line.

Denver gave a Max deal to Melo, did you not expect that to happen.

ATL did you see the 100th Edition of SLAM.

They showed the slamofdamonth with Vince Carter over the head Federick Weis

Denver also shelled out a bunch of cash to keep Nene.
    Mistake.

What has Melo done to deserve a max deal? Melo seems to have leveled out while LeBron keeps getting better.

I guess its unfair to link them, but since they were the top two names in that draft...

I usually like Kiki (Denvers GM), but that Nene deal was horrible.

Well, they wanted to keep Nene in hopes of moving Kenyon Martin, but I agree they gave to much money considering he came off of a season where he didn't get to play because of a injury.
"They asked me if I wanted the ball in Game 6, and I said yes. I'll always say yes. That's what I did with Jack McKeon. I told him, 'Let me see how I feel tomorrow.' I went out, did a long toss, came in and said, 'I'll pitch, I want it, I want to do it.' And it ended up working out." -Josh Beckett

Melo is worth the max. I was talking about giving Nene 6 years, 60 million coming off a serious knee injury. And he wasn't that great to begin with. That was a head scratcher. But WTF @ Melo hate? Carmleo is amazing player.

Melo is a great player but everyone knows that he, Wade and James would get the Max.
