Talk of expanding the NCAA Tournament

From 64 to 68 teams. That is complete garbage! If anything, it needs to go back to 32 teams.

where would those extra 4 teams go?

Would they just make that extra pre-tourney game to determine the 16 seed that'll get demolished by the 1 seed anyways a normal thing in each bracket?

They should get rid of NCAA completely.

    Corrupt-ass organization.

The only thing that I can think of is that the #1's would get first round byes. That would be both stupid and kinda good, especially for the #16's.

they essentially get 1st round byes anyways, may as well drop it down to 60

I'd like to see a 16 seed win one of these days, just one game.

This past tournament was as close as they've come to pulling it off.

Didn't one of them have the lead in the 4th qtr? (or 2nd half, i guess)

Ya UConn finally woke up and ended the game on like a 32-10 run to win by 15 or something like that.

The best part is the main people behind this aren't the mid major teams who think they are getting jipped, it's the major conference coaches who schedule 9 out of 10 non conference games at home against bad competition and then can't believe they don't get in at 17-13 with a 8-10 conferene record. (Ala Gary Williams). Look at Creighton, we deserved the berth as much as any of those schools, yet we're not pushing for more spots, we know we were on the line and didn't do enough to garner a spot. We'll do better next time.

yeah, I'd have no problem w/ that but I have heard talk of expanding it even further than that and I'd be against that. The 16 seeds never win so giving them a chance to win a play-in game isn't a bad idea and won't disrupt the greatness of the Tourney.

The closest was princeton missing a last second shot to beat Georgetown in '89.
