    it was a matter of time really, given all the reports of his declining health lately and Tiger having to make plenty of trips during tournament play to go be with his dad ...

    What I can't figure out is if Earl was that bad off, why then did Tiger take time out of his vigil schedule to go bungee jumping and racing in Australia?

    But he told everyone that he was taking time off from golf in order to be with his father. I understand the diversionary angle, but he could have, you know, play golf.

    didnt his caddie get married? aI know tiger was going to be in his wedding, and his wedding was going to be over there since i believe williams is an aussie (may be a kiwi, but i think hes aussie).

    so i do believe he had good cause to be in australia for a few days.
