    Sources: Favre to play '06 season for Packers

    Brett Favre informed the Packers on Tuesday that he will definitely play the 2006 season in Green Bay, league and team sources have told ESPN's Chris Mortensen.

    I agree. But, I guess it's better late than never. I am hoping he can have a turn around year and go out showing everyone he is still on top of his game.

    Well its great for the packers because it gives rodgers another year to learn. Rodgers definitely isn't ready to take over as full time QB. Hopefully Favre turns it around and they do well this season.
