Giving Thanks, and Happy Thanksgiving to you lot

I'd like to thank God or whatever supreme power has guided me so far for:

My success in school, health, and the health of my family.
TheNFLForums and Strike3, truly two of the best forums out there.
A good Giants team this year
My friends, both in real life and on boards, mostly this one, who have stuck with me through times of happiness and hardship.
Being able to live in the greatest country in the world.

Truly, today I am thankful for all. I hope you are too.

I might not be here, and considering a lot of people go away, why not get it out a little sooner?

You and me both. I didn't do as much as you, and we certainly didn't have cheesecake to make (though I sure would enjoy it), but I've been up since 5 AM helping and cooking. This is always why I hate Thanksgiving, for the 5 hours in the early morning I have to spend cooking.

    What I'm thankful for.....

Most importantly the health of myself and the people I care about.
Having to not endure any major hardships over this year.
The fact that I live in such a great country that may I take for granted too often, sure things could be a lot better here but at the same time they could be a lot worse.
The Reds getting a new owner (although that could change given what he does or doesn't do.)
And for S3F. Finding a new home for us all to post at (thanks to Meck and the gang) and having a very successful year thus far.

I hope you guys all enjoy the holiday with your family and friends. And remember, no need to stuff yourself, you can always go back for leftovers later tonight.

I've been up since 6:30 helping my Grandma out. I woke up needing to go to the bathroom (and planning to go back to bed) and since she came in to town to cook basically, my guilt forced me into helping. I don't mind, but I would of appreaciated another hour or two of sleep.

    Happy Thangsgiving everyone!

My Thanks goes to God for all of this:

My family remaining in good health and in a loving relationship with all.
My new wife, I honestly would not be the man I am without her.
Success in school and at work.
My wife's success in school and at work.
Great friends to spend my off time with.
    Hobbies; especially baseball and poker.
S3F has been real good this year and I am thankful for its growth and for all the people I have met here.
Overall having a smile on my face every single day.
