Some of those movies were from 2004.

Crash, Wedding Crashers, and 40 Virgins are the best movies of 2005 I've seen.

Million Dollar Baby may be the one you are thinking of, and it went wide in Jan. of 05. I'm pretty sure the rest are 2005 as well, I could be wrong, but I remeber most of them pretty vividly.

Checked Yahoo, MDB was a Jan 21 Wide Release...

Hotel Rwanda was limited release (NY/LA), so I figure it was a 2005 wide, but either way I saw it this year.

    Alright new ones to add.

A History of Violence. Amazing. I loved the heck out of it. GO SEE IT if it's still in theatres.
Wallace and Grommit. Pretty good. Not great, but good enough. Some really funny parts.
Good Night and Good Luck. Very good. More tired then I wish I woulda been and it's all talk, but it was really well done and I liked how it worked.

A History of Violence.. yeah, that looked great. I think I might have missed it, though.

    Derailed looks kind of interesting.
