If you knew that someone was trying to rob your house, what would you do?

I do. Yesterday, someone disabled 2 of my 3 locks on the door. They were caught on camera lingering around the building. They came back today, but I was home...so they left. Any advice?

Call the cops, Grab a gun (if you have one), have it loaded if neccesary but I figure that one is probably a small time guy and will run when he realizes someones home.

No, it's a drug dealer I know, some 19-26 year old guy and one more 16-22 year old guy. And I don't have a gun. And what am I going to tell the cops? "I think they're trying to rob me?"

I'd log onto a baseball forum and ask someone there what to do.

    Oh wait.

Well, it's not imminent, and I can lock the 2 locks from the inside.

Don't have a gun?! And you call yourself ukranian!? Phfttt.

That being the case, do you know how much damage you can do with a half worn out Louisville?! Imagine what you can do with a brand new one.

Question. Are they trying to get into your place specifically, or just the complex in general?

It's an apt. building..not hard to get in. They're trying to get into my apt. And I have a Louisville, albeit I cracked it (I kept it because it was the first bat I ever shattered) and I have a metal 26 OZ Hammer.

Is there any reason in particular a drug dealer would be trying to break into your apartment!? Plus, you said you know them? WTF, go tell them to knock that shit off.

(ya know, back when _I_ was a drug dealer, I never stole anything from anyone that I actually I knew).

Remember the clip from the original Home Alone movie and Culkin didn't want to pay for the pizza and used a clip that said something like "I'm going to count to 10 to get your ugly, filthy, face out of my property..."

    I know I botched it...
