Half of Tampa Bay is under water.

I have been lucky so far, no flooding at my place, not even from the lake, a few puddles in the yard, my A/C is out but I have 6 fans going. With the overcast the heat isn't intolerable. My girlfriend has three inches in her house. Some former co-workers and family's yards are flooded. It is especially bad in the downtown areas and coastal towns, rivers overflowing in Pinellas and Pasco counties. Evacuations in some areas, schools are closed, many businesses closed, they want people off the roads.

Thank goodness the team is out of town, hopefully they don't come home to standing water in their homes.

I have tickets for the game at the Trop this weekend, hopefully we are dried out by then.

Keep your fingers crossed for us that this system moves along sometime soon.

You guys host my Mets this weekend, right?

Hope it clears out, both for everyone who lives there's sake and for baseball.

Yes, we do. People may laugh but games will get canceled if the Trop parking lot is under water. Weather guys say we should be at the end of the deluge, hopefully, Noah is on call.
