I believe you can learn just about anything if you devote enough time and energy to it.
If you're a capable hitter as is I don't see why not. But I never really tried it myself in my not-so-illustrious playing days in little league and high school so I couldn't tell you how much it'd effect your normal side swing if you tried it at this juncture.
I did turn to left handed a few times in the batting cage, but after a few ridiculously horrible swings that makes a t-baller swing look like Ken Griffey Jr's I'd just go right back.
