I have never liked that word. It doesn't offend me, it shouldn't, but I find it to be tasteless of sorts. Whether it's widely accepted in ...where ever or whatever.. it's bound to upset people. I would find it tacky if this forum was lit up with various posts using such a word.

most slang terms are just that, slang terms. Some people consider some offensive, while using others at the same time.


What people need to realize is "Sticks and stones".... it's a playground saying and it's true in every aspect of life. Words only hurt those who allow them to hurt them and they only hurt feelings, they can't hurt you in any other way. I'm not condoning the use of the "N" word, but at the same time, when the ethnic group that uses that term the most has no problem saying it to each other, how can they possibly get offended by someone else using it (or at the same time, how can any non-member of that ethnic group be offended by it either). That's a simplistic way of looking at it, but really..... sticks and stones man. It's all sticks and stones.

While it's a free country and you're free to say whatever, at the same time, not everyone will agree and accept the word. I personally would rather never see the word, I know it exists, I don't have to like it even if the trendy 17 year olds think it's "cool yo". It's probably best to agree to disagree and forego any potential drama and just not have it in an environment at all.. such as this forum.

Those mexicans shouldnt be in the United States illegally, so i could care less what happens to them. They are taking all the jobs here in the US and most of them arent legal, so big whoop
