Alright I just got the iPod 20 gig, because I didn't dig the Zen Touch. Anyway, When i turn on my iPod it shows the iPod logo, then shows a Folder with a "!" next to it. How do i fix this?

How do i get tot he updater application?

Ouch dude. I had that twice. I hope you're still under warantee because you'll probably have to bring that in to be replaced. Did you drop it? I dropped mine and it did that and then I dropped the replacement and it did that lol. I still have the third one and it's fine.

I got the same iPod, and I never saw that before..sorry but I can't help ya there.

I have the same model and have not seen that at all. Go get a replacement.
