Nah Hammer, haven't started it. And everything I hear about is so... "eh, it's not bad but it's not great, I don't know what to think" that I'll probably just pass it up.

I did watch Running Wilde tonight on my DVR and I loved it. The critics were wrong about that show.

Check out Raising Hope as well, in the timeslot just before Running Wilde. Decent show. From the My Name is Earl guys.

Also back is "Eastbound and Down." That show is fantastic. Check it out if you're not watching.

Well according to some reviewers who have seen episodes 2 and 3, they say The Event gets clearer after the pilot episode and that they're in. I'll give it a couple more episodes. They'd better tell us wtf is going on, because I finished watching the pilot episode with a lot of questions unanswered. I hope it's not another Flash Forward.

Right now I'm leaning towards some sort of alien invasion thing. Or some sort of futuristic time travel/time shifting stuff whatever, which would explain the plane disappearing into a wormhole and/or the family getting murdered, while the Jason Ritter character gets his identification wiped clean on the cruise ship.

You should definitely like it Hammer.

I watched Raising Hope today and liked it more than I thought I would. I liked My Name Is Earl a lot and this had a similar vibe with that and Malcolm In the Middle.

Terriers is pretty good and I'm really enjoying it, but the ratings stink so I doubt there will be a season 2.

    Re: Fall 2010 Television Season

I checked out The Event on DVR the past few weeks. Pilot was pretty bad, Episode 2 was okay. I'll keep watching it, for now, but my expectations are really low right now.

Checked out the Fringe premire, as well. Not bad, but I was hoping for better after the way they left off the last season.

Also, yeah, hard to admit this, but I've seen every episode of One Tree Hill. The premier was okay, episode 2 was slightly worse. They really need to just cut bait on the show and let it die, but I thought that last year and I started getting into the characters by the end of the season. It's pretty bad when Chad Michael Murray leaving a show drops the ratings 1.5 points. Oh well, it was okay while it lasted.

Also, saw the pilot for No Ordinary Family(ABC) last night while getting ready for work. Not bad as a distraction show. My hatred for Michael Chiklis is probably going to hold me back from watching regularly, though. Wouldn't really recommend it to anyone either, unless you like Superhero movies and junk like that.

    Current DVR/Download List: The Event(NBC), Fringe(Fox), One Tree Hill(CW), Haven(SyFi)
Out of season: Burn Notice, Royal Pains, Covert Affairs, Psych, White Collar(USA), Eureka(SyFi).

I still need to watch that.

Family Guy was actually pretty decent, better than it has been from what I've seen over the last couple of years anyway.

family guy was pretty damn solid i thought. maybe im just a mark for clue, but i thought it was well put together... and i actually cut it sunday night, and watched it on hulu last night... but it was the best episode ive seen in a while, pretty much better than all of last season. the simpsons was pretty bad though.
