The Simpsons "Behind The Laughter" episode is one of the best
God, I have seen it probably 10 times and I laugh consistently every time.
One of my favorite gags is the announcer about to do a throw to commercial and:
Narrator: And Homer finds a new passion
*showing Homer sitting behind the glass at a music studio
Narrator: ...dusting and polishing music boards.
or their albums "Simpsons Christmas Boogie" and "Simpsons Christmas Boogie" going double ultra mega platinum, sweeping the Grammys and winning for best Hardcore Thrash Metal album of the year.
or Bart replacing Lorenzo Lamas in Renegade (and having racially diverse sidekicks.)
or Lisa telling all to the press that the children were given anti-growth hormones to prolong the series.
or the Thanksgivings scene when they all brought their lawyers and Homer said "It was the best Thanksgiving ever.... I mean emotionally it was horrible, but the turkey..."
or Willie Nelson reuniting the Simpsons (including the picture of him sitting at what appears to be the Oval Office.)
or showing the Simpsons in the editing room seeing a clip:
Marge: I can't believe it, we won another contest!
Homer: The Simpsons are going to Delaware!
Lisa: I want to visit Wilmington.
Bart: I want to go to a screen door factory!
And of course the "early" episodes of The Simpsons with Homer trying to depict a realistic family and his catchphrase of "Mama-mia!"
So damn funny.

Same here. One of my favorite gags in that one is Hank Scorpio offering Homer loose sugar he keeps in his pocket when Homer asked where sugar for the coffee was. I also really liked when Bart's new teacher asked if he knew cursive, the multiplication tables, etc and Bart said he knew OF them.

Homer: Yes, Mr. Scorpion.
Scorpio: Don't call me Mr. Scorpion. It's Mr. Scorpio, but don't call me that either. You can call me Hank.
Teacher: OK, let's take out our safety pencils and a circle of paper. I hope we can finish our work on the letter "A" this week.
Bart: Wait a minute. We're going to catch up to the other kids by going slower? Cukoo Cuckoo (all other children imitate Bart)
Teacher: Dot, Warren, etc. stop that!
Bart: Lady, I'm spose'da be in the 4th grade.
Teacher: Sounds to me like someone has a case of the spose'das
later on Scorpio yells "Stop him!!! He's spose'da die!!" in reference to James Bont trying to escape. Homer tackles him and Bont gets shot up.

Best thing about behind the laughter is when they say where Springfield is located. I have personally heard both "southern Missouri" and "western Kentucky" and I KNOW that is intentional.
