    For anyone's information, the City of Toronto has now gone 5 weeks without garbage pickup, and you thought a car luggage thing was bad.

    I didn't the thing itself was bad. I just didn't appreciate some scumbag dumping their garbage on my property. it was the principle of the thing. obviously, no garbage pickup for over a month is a hell of a lot worse.
