PayPal Account Questions

I'm trying to set up a PayPal account and I got a few questions and I was wondering as a PayPal expert if you knew.

1) Can u link multiple credit cards to the paypal account?
2) How do you send money to people?
3) Do I have to charge money to my account and then send it? If so how do I do that

1.) Yes.
2.) They need to have a PayPal account and you need to know the email of their PayPal account.
3.) No. Once your cards are added, you can just select to send money from that account to fund the transaction and it will do it automatically. So there is no need to send it to your PayPal and then to the person/store.
