Let me ask you this.

If Motorcycle Drive By and/or Wounded were played on the radio would they suddenly be bad (or not as good as the rest) songs?

I'm not saying it's a BAD song..I don't think Third Eye Blind has any bad songs. I just think it's the worst, and I said it's possibly due to it being overplayed.

I understand what you're trying to prove, that it's the same song, but when it's shoved down your throat, it kind of takes away what you originally feel.

As crappy as it is to say this, yes, they would not be my two favorites if they were on the radio, but only if they were played as much as SCL.

I've listened to many of albums and thought, "Hey I really like this song," only to have the band release it as a single and proceed to hear it every 10 minutes on the radio. That makes me not like the song as much.

That band is great. I'm glad they are finally getting more well known. They deserve it. They've been pretty big around Houston for yearrrrrrrrrrrs now.

I totally understand what you mean and where you're coming from. And I agree with you when you said a bit of times goes by and you find yourself wanting to hear a song again. Often times when I listen to the radio, I'll hear a song come on that used to be a huge hit and I hadn't heard it in awhile, and I'm like..yeahhhh. This is good.

I don't know. Maybe I'm just scared to admit that I don't like SCL in general and I blame it on it being overplayed, because although I usually skip that, Jumper, and How's it Going to Be, it's never guaranteed with the 2nd two songs like it is with SCL. That and I don't want to admit that I don't like a song by my favorite band, cause seriously, I like every other song by them.
