Textbooks, not text messaging.
I lucked out and had one of my best semesters in this regard. After I purchase my CAPSIM license (which I count with the textbooks), I'll be at $350 and that was with smart purchasing online and stuff (it would have been about $580 on campus.)

Probably no more than 200 since I ordered most of them online.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.
Ah, give me something clever to say here.
Even though I'am out of school at the moment because of something called graduation (whatever that means), I voted in the poll to show the most I ever spent, and that was about 250 bucks, and I got them all at the university bookstore. Moral of the story, a BA with a major in History, minors in Sociology, and Irish Studies from St Thomas University wasn't a hot in the wallet on books.

A little under $250. Being enrolled in a lot of performing arts classes helps keep the need for books to a minimum.
I buy old editions and books on amazon,I rarely exceed 80$ a quarter

I'm only taking 4 courses this semester, and I buy all used books, so it was a lot better than it could have been. I have 6 books for an english course, 5 books for a history course, and my spanish and geology classes require 3 more books. So, for 14 books, I paid 263. Not too bad.
