its Canada, we always get ripped off up here compared to the US

really, gas cost more everywhere than it does in the US pretty much. Except Mexico as I've read the people from the extreme southern end of California drive over the border to pay for gas.

$3.79 today. at least they are going in the right direction again.

I paid $3.82 in NH on Friday afternoon and I saw it as low as $3.79. My g/f paid $3.81 here in RI when she came over today...it went down to $3.79 later in the afternoon. Those don't seem to be the norm though. Most of the others in NH were $3.98 - $4.10 and here in RI today most were in the $3.90 range.

its a whole dollar cheaper here now. $2.99 a gallon today.

I find it funny that we're now celebrating $2.99, when a year ago, it was outrageous. I saw it as low as $2.93 here yesterday, might even be lower today, it does seem to be dropping rapidly by the day lately. Maybe it gets under $2 again by the dead of winter? Okay, I'm probably dreaming, but that would be great.
