There are too many to name but some of the best are:

-Rudy Giuliani(A week or so after 9/11, I never get eccited about meeting famous people but i must admit I was a little star struck at that moment)

    -Ronnie Lott

    -Johnny Unitas

-Dennis Byrd(many times before he was paralyzed and after the game he came back to walk on the field, one of the best people I have ever met)

Dave Henderson, Tim Bowens, Darryl Gardener, Lorenzno Bromell, Oronde Gadsden, Tim Ruddy, Brock Marion, Tom Goodwin, Al Fitzmorris, John Mayberry. And as soon as they do a show within driving distance of me, the members of Public Enemy.

George Brett was across the street from my house at a hunters lodge and I didn't know it at the time, I'm still mad about that. Rumor is Bo Jackson was there once too but I've never confirmed that one.
