This thread turned out great. Real stellar effort by Vince Young.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

Yeah Young blew **** and Rivers did give me a good INT. Both teams that lost today had piss poor efforts from their QB's. That's why QB is so crucial in the playoffs.

I'm not suprised he played the way he did...

The INT Rivers threw had more to do with outstanding coverage by Finnegan than it did a poor pass by Philip Rivers.

LT was kept in check pretty much the entire game. The Chargers won off the arm of Rivers and the strength of their defense.

    Really?

How many interceptions did VY throw? One? (and that pick came after it was already pretty much over)

Give credit where credit is due.

Aren't you the one who said VY is 80% better than Rivers?

No, I said Young at 80% is better than Rivers. You really aren't good at getting these quotes down. Young's passes were horrible and luckily just threw one pick.

Young was at 79% yesterday. That's why.

Exactly Dirty!! If I knew the Titans were missing four of their starters on offense, I wouldn't have been so confident. They were still in it until Young choked which tells a lot about how "great" a game it was.

Rivers was OK. He can definitely play better. However, Young was just plain awful. I was hoping for them to switch to Kerry Collins.

All misquotes aside you were still wrong.

    LTR

Vince Young didn't make a turnover until the game was pretty much over

LT was held to 42 yards on 1 attempt

The Chargers didn't score any (although they played very well)

If Rivers didn't win the game for the Chargers who did?

19/30, 292 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT (and that INT wasn't a bad throw, either, Finnegan just had outstanding coverage.)
