I am glad to hear you are feeling a little better. Take it easy. This heat is not going to help you much witht the stamina though. If you are like me, I get exhausteed very easily in this heat and humidity and I don't have mono. Continue to rest and get stronger, and before you know it, you will be back up and about like you were before you got sick. Get well soon.

    Re: Turn2's absence

Honestly I was praying that I wouldn't ever have to post here again, but unfortunately that was all in vain. Turn2 sent me a private message saying that the doctors found another blood clot today when she went in for a checkup. The blood clot is located in her leg and she will be in the hospital until the end of this week. She will have surgery done on Tuesday to remove the clot so that it does not move towards her vital organs. Please keep her, her family, and the doctors who are caring for her in your prayers. I know she misses going on here and talking baseball with all of you guys. I really, really miss my sis, but I know with our prayers for her, she will be back and healthy in no time.

That's a lot for a 17 year old to go through. Get well soon, Turn2.

Ok I got a few messages from Turn2. She's back home, but still in a lot of pain. She's currently got a nurse who visits her daily to administer the bloodthinner via shots. She'll try to be on as much as possible, but the pain limits her to very little movement. Please keep her in her prayers.
