    Transformers?

anyone excited about this? I'll be seeing it tomorrow night. I have the old cartoon one on VHS. Anyway, here is a cover of the theme by a band I like called Black Lab. MuteMath actually did the theme song on the soundtrack because it's all Warner label bands. I believe Linkin Park supposedly did a cover, too.

    Re: Transformers?

Guys around my age seemed to like either GI Joe, the Turtles or Transformers... I was a Transformers kid no doubt about it. I think my Aunt and my Uncle gave my parents all the taped episodes they had for my cousin who was growing out of it, so I guess that's how I got into it more when the show was actually ending.

Anyway, yes and after poor storytelling dampening PoTC3 and Spidey 3, I believe we'll have the first true to expectations summer blockbuster. I was really worried Bay could ruin this (Pearl Harbor can put me to sleep just thinking about it, the movie of course), but from all indications he supposedly has a winner here.

    Re: Transformers?

I love the Turtles, Transformers, and GI Joe.

I own the Transformers' movie on DVD, still can't believe how great it.

I really really hope Bay doesn't ruin this. I need this to be good.

i was a transformers guy myself back in the day. i had quite a few of the toys. I still have to see Live Free first, but transformers i was really scared that they would totally screw it up. ive heard from some who have seen a sneak peek that its actually a very good movie.

Eh, I'll probably see this but I'm not really jumping out of my seat to go see it.

I am really not looking forward to this one as much as the upcoming Harry Potter Movie and Book. I am also interested in the new Robin Williams movie License To Wed. It looks funny.

Make sure to watch the unedited trailer. Movie has potential to be good.

    Re: Transformers?

I was a Thundercats kid back in the day. Mom only let me watch a half-hour of TV a day and that was it so I was deprived of GI Joe and Transformers for a long time. I did somehow watch a lot of TMNT though.

I would like to see this movie, but frankly, I think Bay's a hack, so we'll see what happens. If it gets good reviews I might just take a break and go.
