    Paypal Question(s)

    OK, if I have a PayPal account and it's verified (connected to my debit card/bank account), do I have to transfer funds to the Paypal Account if I wanted to send money, or could I just use the Send Money feature to send cash without having it in the Paypal account, like for an eBay purchase?

    it'll subtract the money from your bank account...like a debit purchase. It'll say paypal as a transaction on your bank statement.
