Snow Day!

Anyone else get off work or school for the snow that came through Indiana/Ohio (and I am sure other areas my local coverage wasn't talking about)? This is my first snow day in at least three or four years, and I've already went sledding, helped my girlfriend's little brother make a snowman, and had hot cococa.... I just need to exact revenge on the local bully in a large scale snowfight situation.

I am loving it now, I'll be hating the drive when I have to go out.

I don't like it to snow. I don't mind it every once in a while but I love heat. I gotta have it. I loved the 120 degree weather during the summer in Iraq. Perfect temp for me.

we may get tomorrow off because of snow here in MA/RI...it's supposed to snow, ice, rain, then snow again ending Thursday morning.

We're supposed to have some snow and freezing rain here on Long Island tonight. I don't think we're gonna have a snow day tomorrow but my fingers are certainly crossed. Upsstate NY on the other hand has an insane amount. They reported 10 feet in one county.

I was really tempted to not go to my Business Math course this afternoon due to 4 inches of snow. I don't mind driving in it, but when there's a sheet of ice underneath, that is very tricky. 40 schools across Nebraska were closed and that didn't include all the public schools and the colleges here in Lincoln. Parents were *****ing at the administration, but for those kids that missed school were counted as an 'excused absence'.

The last time I had a snow day was back in high school two years ago.

This wasn't a snow day.

This was a 4 inches of snow 2 inches of ice 3 inches of snow 1 inch of ice oh god how am I going to walk to my car day.

I mean class was canceled before the second layer of snow and ice fell, but still.
Hopefully class tomorrow is called off too, but it looks less likely - the freezing rain is continuing into the morning but it took them until about noon to cancel class today.
