MLB/Braves Collection

I might be getting carried away but I am putting a list together of all the items I want to collect in my lifetime and hopefully pass it down to my kids. Most of it is Braves items (of course) but there are some Angels items and other items like a Cal Ripken plaque. My parents have a nice house with a full size basement that they don't use except for junk. It would be a nice place to put everything I collect when they pass on, which won't be anytime soon, I hope. However, I want to live in Atlanta when I retire so I can get season tickets. So far I have a total of almost $20,000 worth of items on the list.

Anyone else do any collecting?

It would be nice to have your parents house. But like we have said you want to live in ATL. But maybe we will find a better house then theirs.
