Thread: Class of 2011

    Class of 2011

Anyone else here, other than me and Dry, potential members of the esteemed Class of 2011? What schools? Where'd you apply, what decisions came back, how much money are they offering, etc?

I applied EA to Georgetown, got deferred...which basically means I ain't going there. Did not apply to Fordham University, but they sent me an acceptance letter and offered me money already, so meh.

I wouldn't say being deferred is automatic rejection, unless it's your decision. Maybe from Georgetown, but I know a classmate of mine got deferred from Stonehill ED and accepted RD. I got deferred EA from Hampshire, but got in (and they didn't give me much aid, so they lost)

Completely shocked that someone in this thread managed to graduate at all. Unless it was from boot camp. Nah, still would be shocking.

My brother got deferred and later was accepted... and attended.
But, I finished with Community College so I applied to Rutgers in the spring.. Was accepted, couldn't go. Reapplying for the fall. So, in some instances i'm in the same boat as you. Although, i'm going to Rutgers, I haven't officially been accepted for the fall.
