How good was Hurt when you saw them? I caught a show at the House Blues in Cleveland a couple years ago and they were amazing. Never been to a better live show.

I didn't really know who they were as they were one of the opening acts at Edgefest in Little Rock in 2009.

They ended up playing maybe 5 songs because their set (as well as Dirtfedd's) was cut very short due to a late start because of rain and technical problems.

The short set was pretty good, though, from what I remember.

I'll be seeing A Place to Bury Strangers again in March along with the Joy Formidable. It's been slow on the concert front for me. There are some new albums coming out so I'm hoping to catch a few shows this summer (Liars, Health, rumors that Trent Reznor's other band How to Destroy Angels will tour, and maybe a few others).

I was thinking about Rock on the Range this year, but I'll probably put it off again. I don't like the idea of choosing between bands to see. (Last year, pretty much any band I'd like to see was playing at the exact same time.)

But it's definately on my bucket list.

Stupid fanboys picked Hinder for the final Magic Springs concert spot and ruined my chance at seeing Chevelle twice in one year :cuss:

They added Joe Walsh and Snoop Dogg to the Riverfest lineup, playing at the same time.

I'll probably watch Joe Walsh while the rest of the large crowd is pancaked at the Snoop Dogg stage.

Two of my favorite bands, System of a Down and Deftones, are coming to Chicago in August!
