The P key on my laptop broke.

As you can see I can still use it, It's only the plastic part that you push that broke off, but it really slows my typing down whenever I have to type something with a P.

My laptop's H and B keys constantly pop off. You should be able to pop them back on with a fair amount of pressure.

    I did, the first time.

It doesn't go back on anymore.

That's odd. What laptop are you using? It always pops back on for me.

It could have to do with how hard you type, too. If you're a pecker, you might be hitting your keys so hard that the bracket broke.

It initially came off because I accidentally pulled it off in an effort to get something removed from inside. I was having trouble pushing down the enter button and it felt like there was a tiny rock or something in there.

So I took one of those compressed air can thingies and sprayed under it and the enter button worked just fine... unfortuanly all I did was move the thing and I couldn't press the P button anymore.

So I tried the same thing to no avail. In an effort to get the thing I pried the key up a bit...a bit too much.

I snapped it back on and it worked...although part of it would plop in the air whenever I pressed it.

In an effort to try and fix that I pulled the key back off on accident, along with the simi-colon key, and I think I broke the thing entirely. (Popped the semi-colon key back on and it works just fine now.)

Well, I pushed on it a little harder this time and finally got it to go back on.
