World Series Scores, But It's Beaten by 'Housewives'

Game 2 of the World Series Sunday night gave Fox an easy win for the night as it registered an average 12.3 rating and a 19 share, only slightly off from last year's comparable game, which drew a 12.9/19. Fox also pulled strong numbers earlier in the evening as the overrun of its NFL football telecast scored a 12.0/20 in the 7:00 p.m. hour. ABC nevertheless competed strongly thanks to its perennial Sunday night hit show Desperate Housewives, which beat both football and baseball, with the highest ratings of night, a 13.6/19.

I'm assuming it also beat Sunday Night College Football.
See, bet you didn't even know there was a SNCF game. Boom!

I've only watched the first two episodes from this season so far. Hard to form an opinion at this point, but it's easy to see some of what's going to be coming up this season.'


Season 1 was really good. Season 2 was good, but not as much. S2 also was a much 'darker' season.

I have nothing to add to this discussion except that I've been watching the Lois & Clark season DVDs, and Teri Hatcher is so much hotter on Desperate Housewives than she was back then. Must be her MILF status.

I've seen Teri Hatcher nekked (pre-boob job). Egads man, that woman had horrible cans. They are definitely better now (and I'm not a big fan of fake milkjugs)


Hatcher never looked better than she did in Tango and Cash.
