    People with calls to 911 like that should be fined if they are able to be tracked down.... that is a waste of the system... clogging up resources that COULD prolong the response time to a real emergency

    You know i should do that when McDonalds messes up my order.....oh wait I wonder how many people do that. I still blame the release of Paris Hilton's CD coming out for the reason of this.
