Fred McGriff is a beast in Ken Griffey Jr. Baseball
Well, I just did something even better (worse)...
What grinds Curt Schilling's gears in KGJ MLB for the SNES? Giving up 2 solo homers to Rafael Belliard in a 3 - 0 loss. The same Rafael Belliard who has 2 career MLB homers. He gave up a double to Greg Maddux, too.
I remember playing Major League Baseball on the NES and hitting home runs with Tony Gwynn every other at bat.
I love Griffey Jr. baseball for the SNES. My kids and I still play it occasionally. It's a great game. Fun and challenging, yet easy enough that my 6 year old can play.
So, I guess it grinds my gears that games don't seem as fun anymore and are so technical for kiddos.
lol, yea...it's such a simple and fun game.
I didn't realize that the entire first round is on TBS again. WTF. I don't understand why MLB can't have their playoff games on regular TV channels like the NFL does.
It's a lot better than having Joe Buck in the broadcast booth. It's so painfully obvious how disinterested Buck is by baseball. He should just stick to doing football broadcasts and stop pretending like he cares about baseball. Go do your Cowboy games, Joe.
What grinds my gears: Major League Baseball screwing a team that just fought hard to earn a berth into the playoffs by forcing them to fly to New York and play game 1 16 hrs later against their opponent's ace on no rest.
Joe Buck drooling over a Cards victory on air would be insufferable.
People who answer a question with a question.
Where did Buffalo Wild Wings marketing people get the idea that I would want to hang out with douchebags who care more about the length of the game than the outcome of their team?
What grinds my gears? We're at the gas station, my friend is filling up his car, and every single time, when the pump stops automatically because his tank is full, he always makes sure to add in a last few extra drops so that his total amount paid is always rounded off to the nearest dollar (so basically $xx.00). I understand why you would do this if you're going to pay cash, so that you don't get any change back, but he swipes a card in the machine before he pumps, so what's the point of rounding up? ARGH
But it doesn't show if you look up your bank account online.
