    S3F Driver's Test Question #3

on the way to the post office today I encountered a New England Gas (natural gas) that went through a stop sign without slowing down or anything. There must have been a natural gas emergency somewhere what with the 96 degree temps (with humidity feel like was over 100).

so today's question is: what do you do at a stop sign?

Just off the top of my head I would say, maybe, stop?

The Hollywood stop depending on whats around. If there's no one there, why stop completely? But yeah, if I see someone, I'll stop.

Learning to drive in MA was nice, no one can see the color red. If you do happen to catch a glimpse of something that should indicate stopping, you speed up in hopes of beating out the other drivers doing the same thing. At red lights, and I'm serious, there is definately an unwritten law that says you must get at least 4 more cars through the light.

damn massholes...I'll be dealing with some tonight...I hope the concert is worth that and the stress of finding a rare parking spot that won't cause me to get a ticket.

Especially in a neighborhood with lots of stop signs and lots of kids.... I've seen what a moron non-stopper can do... you NEVER know what some kid will do and when they'll pop out

Even MORE reason to be careful.... you know what that can do to a kid??

I've seen a kid hit by some punk teen with the "I don't care" attitude... saw that kid go thru surgery and about 9 months of rehab, just from the teen's attitude, stupid inexperience, and disregard for others....

My neighbors and I also applauded as the judge sent him away for a while to a place where he better stop and look around corners, or old Bubba will teach him why it is sometimes called "the POKEY"

Yeah, like 2 years ago, a kid got hit by a high school student and almost killed him, there was a huge settlement, and you cant even tell he got hit, and the kid that hit him was just taught a huge lesson.

in my neighborhood we have what I call "crosswalk sized speed bumps." I guess they're technically called "speed humps."

they're designed to slow traffic and such...the ones we have a higher than the one in the picture...I couldn't find a similar one. They are all over my neighborhood. First them put them on one street, so people went one over...then they put them there...it kept going like that until they were everywhere.
