"wiggers" are a minority in my neighborhood. mostly south Providence where I live...there's either a shooting or stabbing on the news once a week from neighborhood. Drug deals go on outside my window...I'm not saying it terrible, that's why I said semi-ghetto...I wouldn't recommend walking around at night
