    Rangers Rangers land reliever.

Koji Uehara dealt by the Orioles for the disappointing Chris Davis (think Mark Reynolds, only a lot worse) and Tommy Hunter. Hunter could be a nice add for the Orioles if he ever stays healthy, he's had some good success for the Rangers

Davis plays good defense so he's not quite Mark Reynolds bad I like the deal for both teams.

Nice. And they'll have them both next season too.

I don't really like seeing Hunter go, he did a good job in the rotation the last 2 seasons and was solid in the pen this year. If the relievers do good for Texas than I guess it works out. As good as the pen was last year it's surprising to see how mediocre it is this year, especially ROY Feliz being somewhat disappointing. Hopefully these new guys pan out. Uehara had a nice debut striking out a couple in a perfect inning.

    Re: Rangers land reliever.

Rangers manager Jon Daniels said Monday that he has reached out to the Orioles about Chris Davis, who is currently rehabbing with a partially torn labrum.
Davis was acquired from the Rangers last month in the Koji Uehara deal. His shoulder began bothering him while he was still with Texas, but he never disclosed the injury to the team. The two sides have not had serious discussions about reworking the deal, but Daniels said Monday that they might revisit the possibility in the future.
Could be interesting to see what comes of this.
