    Rangers Another Rangers Signing

    In what could possibly be the biggest move of the off-season, TV play-by-play announcer Josh Lewin has been signed on for the 2010 season.

    Oh yeah, he has an option for 2011 as well. Seriously though, this is great news for those that watch the Rangers on TV, imo. The old team of Bill Jones/Tom Grieve was a snooze fest. Lewin really sounds excited during the games. I can't believe it's already been 8 years since he came to Texas.

    Sometimes a good announcer really can make a team that frustrates (although the Rangers last year had to been pretty exciting) a lot more tolerable. I know I've enjoyed the addition of Thom Brennaman (Marty's son) to the Reds radio/TV crews.
