Can Millwood Keep It Up?
Enter boner joke here_____
But is all seriousness, can Millwood keep pitching this well to help try and keep the Rangers in first place? He is currently 4-4 with a 3.25 ERA with hitters batting just .251 off of him but his K/BB ratio is terrible. It stands at 38/21 now and possesses a 1.24 WHIP. He has also served up ten roundtrippers. But with all those terrible peripherals, he is still getting out of jams with the ground ball. He is earning that paycheck so far this year ($11 million) and working hard to get that $12 million option for next year or he can walk. Looks like we have another contract year pitcher. Look at his last year in Cleveland.
