    3 runs on 7 hits isn't exactly good but 6 of them have just been singles, and the Tigers are a pretty tough lineup. At least he's keeping us in the game. Now if the bats can just come alive.

    I never said Volquez was pitching good, Hes pitching okay. If you're not watching the game than its hard to tell how hes pitched... hes been locating his pitches and the DEEEEtroit hitters have been swining the bat well and working the counts.

    I watched the first 3 innings and he seemed to have a bit of control trouble. Not bad but some.
