    I agree.

Texas almost came back though. Too bad the 9th inning rally fell short.

    8/8 Game Recap
Texas jumped out on top early with a pair of 2-run homeruns by Michael Young and Mark DeRosa to take a 4-0 lead. Unfortunately Millwood couldn't hold it. After pitching 3 scoreless innings he gave up a 3-run homerun to Nick Swisher followed by a solo shot to Jay Payton in the 4th to tie the game at 4. Millwood left in the 7th with Texas trailing 5-4. The Ranger defense didn't exactly help the cause either making 3 errors resulting in 2 unearned runs allowed by Joaquin Benoit to give Oakland a 7-4 lead. Texas rallied in the 9th scoring 2 runs on Oakland closer Huston Street but the rally fell short as the A's held on to win 7-6.

The homerun was Young's 11th of the season driving in his team leading 72nd and 73rd runs this year.
